In early June, the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum will reopen, unveiling its massive transformation and a new, nearly 8,000-square-foot DeVos Learning Center. The museum celebrates the life and presidency of Grand Rapids' native son and also features permanent and traveling exhibits.

The 2016 GRandJazzFest is just a few months away! On Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21, the fifth annual festival will be held at Rosa Parks Circle. Eleven acts are on tap for this free, weekend-long jazz event. The acclaimed Grand Rapids Jazz Orchestra will kick off the festival, with Edye Evans Hyde performing the accompanying vocals.

The Michigan Affiliate of Susan G. Komen has announced its 2016-2017 Large Grant Recipients. Thanks to Komen Michigan's supporters, the organization was able to fund breast health programs at 15 organizations, for a total investment of $592,054!
